Wedding Film Asia has created this video as a private and personal representation of your wedding day experience.The music incorporated within this video was requested by you as this is something special for your wedding day memories.

Wedding Film Asia has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party.This video is meant for personal and private use only and any breaches of copyrights law in relation to the music used on the video will be responsibility of you, the client and not Wedding Film Asia as the production company. The highlight clip is only available on a private link on youtube or vimeo. Wedding Film Asia will do everything possible to get the style of wedding video types as requested. However, it is not always possible to get exact style and this can vary according to availability at the time and location.

COPYRIGHTS

Wedding Film Asia has the rights to use footage for promotional video or put on youtube or vimeo.

LIABILITIES AND GUARANTEES

We take the utmost care in producing Client’s video. In the very unlikely event that an emergency arises (extreme sickness, broken equipment for example) and Wedding Film Asia is unable to perform the services, the client will be notified immediately and every effort will be made to fix the situations. If no qualified replacements are available, all money will be refunded to the Client. The Studio will continue to make every effort to recommend and secure qualified videographers and equipment for the Client. This is the extent of the Studioʼs liability. We are not responsible for loss of video or audio quality due to restrictions at event locations.

CANCELLATION

After commencement of the Service Agreement, CLIENT may not cancel the Services for any reason. However, CLIENT may reschedule, postpone, or delay the Services as CLIENTʼs business needs may unexpectedly dictate without penalty within three month, subject only to mutually agreeable time frames. This initial retainer is made to secure the exact date for the Studio services. The retainer is non- refundable. If the event date is changed to a new date within one year and the Studio is available on the new date, the Studio will shoot on the new date and apply the retainer to the new date minus a 5,000BHT rescheduling fee. A new agreement must be written for the new date and all payments including balance paid at that time. No refunds will be made if event is postponed or canceled a second time. If the Studio is not available or if the event is canceled, the Studio will refund Client’s money less the non-refundable retainer and the Client must notify Studio immediately in writing. is unable to perform the services, the client will be notified immediately and every effort will be made to fix the situations. If no qualified replacements are available, all money will be refunded to the Client. The Studio will continue to make every effort to recommend and secure qualified videographers and equipment for the Client. This is the extent of the Studioʼs liability. We are not responsible for loss of video or audio quality due to restrictions at event locations.

BOOKING

All booking are required 14 days prior to the event. The client must pay a 50% minimum deposit of the total production cost to complete the booking confirmation.

PAYMENT

The remaining payment should be made by the client upon the collection of the video material, the subject of this agreement, and such works material may be withheld until payment is made, this will be done on our discretion. Payments should be made in Thai Baht to the following account:

DELIVERY

The DVD will be delivered to the client within 15 – 45 working days of ceremony.

ACCEPTANCE

Unless the client notifies Samui Channel Production within 3 business days from the date of completion that there is default or deficiency in the Services rendered, the client will be deemed to have accepted the Services and Deliverables as being completed fully.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Expenses for travel and accommodation are included in the production fees if the services are to be provided in Koh Samui. If production services should be provided at upcountry locations, Producer will charge travel and accommodation expenses as per outlay and in addition to the service fees.

MEAL and REFRESHMENTS

A hot meal and refreshments will be provided for the team and crew on every shooting day.
